"Universal Song", original 21" x 60" mixed media on stretched canvas. The edges are part of the piece so no frame is necessary. As a professional artist, I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I am highly influenced by natural organic forms found in the perfection of nature as well as the contrived creations of our industrial world. I enjoy creating art that I feel people will treasure and value as much as I do. I completed my art degree at Auburn University. I acquired an in-depth knowledge of anatomy while working as a surgical assistant, a love of theater while in school and community and interior design while working as an interior design consultant and fine artist for phoenix galleries. Phoenix Galleries was a major gallery in Atlanta with a network of four national showrooms including the world trade center in Dallas Texas. I feel I have come into a new chapter of my life as an artist. A new phase of my creative journey has led me to reengage with a renewed appreciation of what we all gain as we go through our life, family, and work experiences. I am more open to positive vibrations and channeling my best creative ideas directly from the quantum field. I enjoy letting my art evolve without expectation. A direct unfolding from the source of all things is always my goal.
